about

After confusion between The Popes and The Pogues, further fueled when Shane MacGowan stole The Popes' band name, The (original) Popes decided to cover this MacGowan classic. We recommend downloading higher-resolution FLAC or ALAC files to maintain consistent flow from song-to-song. (MP3 and other formats introduce gaps between the songs when burning to a CDR.) Enjoy!
